In Libya, between Tripoli and its airport, a new landscape springs from the emergence of implausible sand roses, revealing its deepest nature and authentic substance : the desert sand. Grain of sand after grain of sand, slowly rising under the breath of air and filled with the spirit of sand roses, a dune field appears, modelling the site and breathing into Safari Park an unquestionable and unique materiality.

This sculpted ground organizes an infinity of sceneries and creates a succession of interwoven particular places. These emerging volumes also shade the roads, the car parks, the footpaths, the family areas and in addition, hide the cars from the general view. These areas, generated by the relief, are developing functionalities as well as recreational areas like playgrounds, discovery fields, resting places…
